Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends
Relocation support provided if youre moving from abroad

What Youll Be Doing:

Provide customer support via chat email or phone with empathy and professionalism
Assist with product account and service-related inquiries
Record and manage customer interactions in internal systems
Escalate complex cases when needed according to internal processes
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely accurate solutions
