Youll play a key role in ensuring the business runs seamlessly supporting exciting projects and helping the team deliver great results.
What youll be doing:
- Assisting in the delivery of projects from set-up through to completion.
- Coordinating people and processes to keep everything moving on time and within budget.
- Supporting the Operations Director with daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents reports and management information.
- Helping to ensure the business complies with FCA ICO and regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with IT consultants and supporting the management of IT systems.
- Coordinating team days staff training events and conferences.
- Managing office supplies and handling key administrative duties.
- Identifying operational challenges and finding solutions quickly.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with systems and technology.
- Experience in an operations project support or administrative role would be ideal.
