We are seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman (Working Foreman) to lead crews in installing modifying and repairing plant power systems and controls. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical skills safety awareness and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and work alongside crews on industrial electrical installations.
- Perform and oversee work on medium-voltage systems (115 kV).
- Install and maintain switchgear MCCs rigid conduit cable trays and terminations.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain productivity on job sites.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2 years of industrial electrical experience (residential or commercial does not qualify).
- Proven experience with medium-voltage systems (115 kV).
- Strong knowledge of switchgear MCCs conduit cable tray and terminations.
- Ability to read and apply blueprints and schematics.
- Experience leading crews in industrial environments.
- Valid drivers license (must pass MVR check).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with PLCs VFDs and electrical testing (megger IR hi-pot).
- OSHA-30 NCCER certification or state electrical license.
