- Support the development testing and implementation of new and existing EDI systems
- Ensure data standards are HIPAA DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies.
- Troubleshoot EDI issues and create and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with IT and business partners on key initiatives
- Assist with additional support and implementation work to ensure timely resolution of requests
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of EDI standards such as EDIand other related EDI standards
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years prior work experience in EDI support role with minimum of one (1) year of previous customer service/customer facing experience
- Working knowledge of EDI transactions:4 849 and 852
