Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse book of middle-market business with an emphasis on real estate accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for insureds overseeing daily servicing renewals and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact handling requests such as certificates ID cards and policy changes
- Lead the renewal process by coordinating with clients and carriers reviewing quotes and preparing comparisons and renewal summaries
- Partner with producers to maintain strong client relationships and assist with renewal presentations as needed
- Manage accounts across a variety of lines including Property Casualty General Liability Workers Compensation Auto Management Liability and Cyber
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients carriers and internal team members
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial lines account management experience
- Background with middle-market accounts; experience with real estate accounts preferred
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Professional designations such as CIC or CPCU are a plus
- Experience using agency management software
- Strong client service communication and problem-solving skills
