Your Role with the Company:
As the top financial leader for the company youll report directly to the President and collaborate across all departments while mentoring and managing a team of 5 accounting/administrative professionals. Youll lead the relationships with the bonding company/banks monthly close processes financial statement preparation variance analysis and WIP reporting to uncover trends and drive insights. A key part of your role will be working with the operations team to understand project financial impact and leading the implementation of their pre-selected ERP system. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency support long-term growth and enhance the quality of life of the employees is a key initiative for the CFO.
Background Profile:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting (or related) with 5 years of experience
Background in construction accounting
Exposure to prominent construction accounting system
Experience with improving processes
