Job description:
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site in Fort Myers FL with regular visits to job sites in the Gulf Coast Region.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership client-facing skills and expertise in managing budgets schedules and subcontractors.
- Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout
- Manage budgets contracts scheduling and financial reporting
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are met daily
- Coordinate with owners architects engineers subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
- Identify new project opportunities and assist with preconstruction estimating
- Resolve issues with a proactive solution-focused approach
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve project goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Procore MS Project and Bluebeam
- Ability to interpret contracts plans and specifications
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Based in Fort Myers FL with availability to travel across the Gulf Coast region as needed
