We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineering interns to join us in Raleigh. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing and sales funnel. Youll have the opportunity to learn and develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio.

Verify organize and update customer contact information
Guide customers to register and use Customer Portal
Answer customers basic questions about the Red Hat subscription model
Support customers on basic issue of using Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Call back customers to track and confirm the current status of the submitted technical issues
Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
Required skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage tasks meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
Willingness to learn and proactivity work as a part of a wider team
