Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team with a strong focus on Recruitment and HR Operations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes support HR operational functions and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with internal policies.
Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
Track monitor and ensure adherence to recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time)
Facilitate new hire activities including induction orientation and onboarding essentials
Manage background verification and complete required documentation (nomination forms etc.)
Maintain accurate records for new joiners and employee exits
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Ensure HR processes are compliant and efficiently managed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Good understanding of HR policy frameworks and operational compliance
This is a contract Role
