The Manager -People Communications will develop and lead client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions that enable direct clients and our client teams to drive direct hiring enhance the quality of hire ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the clients employer brand. Our colleague will be supporting the Rolls Royce account.
This is a dedicated role within a vibrant agency team delivering creative solutions to a key client. The role would require both internal and external communications planning support and development working alongside the creative brand social and RPO teams as well as taking briefs and delivering to our key client stakeholders. The role reports to our People Communications lead with regular workstream lead and Senior/Director engagement.
Job summary:
- Global role with delivery responsibility for clients people communications
- Ensure Senior Director and Directors within Brand and Digital are apprised of all client communication developments
- Engage with clients SVP of International Communications to ensure alignment to and understanding of the clients internal communications agenda and priorities
- Support clients talent acquisition leadership to prepare PPT presentations to stakeholders and the wider business when required
- Support Brand and Digital team to prepare PPT presentations for key presentations to the clients business relative to both brand and talent acquisition engagement
Qualifications :
- Experience: 5 years in internal communications employee engagement or a related field. Agency experience preferred. Understanding of HR and talent acquisition ideal
- Education: Bachelors degree in communications public relations human resources or a related field
Skills:
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of how to partner with multiple stakeholders in a creative environment
- Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of organisational change and culture transformation best practices
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms. Excellent Microsoft Office/PPT proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Confidence to work independently
