Starting salary of $175000 commensurate with both education and administrative experience.

As the county seat Union is home to almost 3100 PreK-12 students with over 400 employees. The mission of the Union R-XI School District is to prepare individual learners for success in life in a safe and caring environment. Currently grades 2-12 are 1:1 with Chromebooks (grades K-1 have access to iPads) and our district is leveraging Google Apps for Education to enhance learning opportunities for our students. The work we are doing in our district has been recognized both across the United States as well as internationally. All of our elementary schools utilize PBIS and we have a robust K-12 STEM/PLTW program that provides our students relevant and hands-on learning experiences. Additionally we offer our students a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities to complement our academic programs and we maintain a high level of competitiveness with districts across the state.
