Develop and increases VIP guest profitability by building strong professional relationships actively work the casino floor to acquire new VIP business encouraging club card utilization and providing superior service and recognition. The VIP Host will constantly strive to exceed our guests expectations through gracious enthusiastic and personalized service. Candidates should have sharply honed interpersonal skills; inspire confidence and exude authenticity with regard to both guest and team interactions.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate or bachelors degree from two to four-year college; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read analyze and interpret common scientific and technical data financial reports and internal controls. Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies staff or members of the business community. Ability to write letters and promotional materials for distribution or publication that conform to a prescribed style and format.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a license from the Indiana Gaming Commission and Indiana Race Horse Commission.
