QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of four years of relevant gaming experience is required including managment of large teams.
- College Education or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of casino rules procedures and regulations for the Gaming Departments including safety and security.
- Extensive knowledge of Table Game Operations Slot Operations and Performance and Casino Security.
- Must possess excellent analytic managerial organizational and administrative skills including proven business financial budgetary and project management skills.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Ability to analyze problems and apply logical/cost effective solutions.
- Must have the ability to work in highly regulated environment and possess the ability to develop outstanding relationships with peers senior management and regulators.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to speak read write and understand English.
- Ability to maintain regular predictable attendance according to schedule.
- Fast paced environment multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
- Must be able to handle a heavy business volume and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems in a timely manner.
- Must be able sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust.
