Brief Job Description:The position holder will be responsible for:

- Create and drive HR Strategic Priorities
- Stakeholder Management Internal and External
- Talent Management Framework
- Conceptualizing and driving innovative engagement initiatives
- Create and Propose customized Retention strategies
- PMF Framework
- Exit Management & Analysis
- Design reward & recognition programs

- Ability to generate business insight and timely input to stakeholders
- Ability to create and implement People HR strategy for stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized university
- HR Business Partner experience of 8-10 years
- Prior exposure in HRBP in IT & ITES Industry
