Overview:Brandon is seeking a candidate for the position of Campus Support Supervisor. This role provides a unique opportunity for a motivated and mission-aligned team member to take on greater leadership and program support position is focused on direct care team support campus-wide operational oversight and helping maintain a trauma-informed structured environment for youth and staff during second shift Responsibilities:Maintain an active visible presence across all residential programs during second and support direct care staff in real time using TCI and CARE with scheduling shift coverage and smooth handoffs between to and manage crises with a trauma-informed and ensure completion of shift documentation: communication logs shift summary reports incident reports and daily routine operations including appointments youth transport recreation and behavior safety structure and consistency in collaboration with Program Managers and youth-family connections and support visit facilitation when guidance and performance support to staff throughout treatment team meetings and other required internal :Bachelors degree working in human services/mental health field with supervisory experience have a valid ID and DEEC CORI/DCF background to participate in physical certified a plus.
