Scope of Position
To provide clerical and administrative support to the staff and customers. Answer telephones greet and assist customers and perform other general office duties.
Essential Functions
Answer incoming calls and take messages/transfers to the designated parties in a pleasant and professional manner
Greet participants and visitors
Receive and distribute correspondence and daily mail
Provide clerical assistance in the form of copying faxing etc.
Prepare material/packages for mailing
Keep track of supply inventory and place orders
Perform data entry
Responsible for having all customers sign in upon arrival and directing them to appropriate area or person
Provide effective communication and information regarding available services to customers
Communicate with vendors to schedule service or resolve issues
Other opportunities as available
Education and Experience Requirements
Experienced in answering telephones in a courteous efficient and professional manner
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of various types of office equipment
Previous office experience
Must be computer literate and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
