Were looking for a Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and creativity. Youll work hand-in-hand with creative professionalslearning their workflows identifying opportunities and building tools that enhance their craft. From automating repetitive tasks to designing systems for AI-assisted content creation youll be part of a team that merges artistry with engineering.
Problem Spaces You May Work In
- Youll work across a range of creative and technical challenges such as:
- Content Analysis & Insights systems that evaluate creative assets (video imagery copy) to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- AI-Augmented Content Creation tools that help creatives brainstorm prototype and produce assets faster while maintaining their unique voice and style.
- Workflow Automation for Creative Teams solutions that integrate with design video and publishing pipelines to remove manual steps and improve iteration speed.
- Data-Driven Creative Testing platforms that blend creative experimentation with performance analytics to guide decision-making.

What Youll Do
- Collaborate directly with creative teams to deeply understand their processes and needs.
- Design and deliver tools that streamline workflows and open new creative possibilities.
- Integrate AI thoughtfully into creative pipelinesenhancing not replacing human creativity.
- Iterate quickly with direct feedback from end users. Build systems with strong architecturetesting and observability.
What Were Looking For
- Strong experience building production software (typically 35 years).
- Ability to quickly learn creative tools and workflows to better serve end users.
- Comfort working across the stack from backend APIs to front-end interfaces.
- Curiosity and discernment in applying AI to real-world creative challenges.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for cross-disciplinary work.
