You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Leeds office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The role: Trainee Client Advisor
The successful applicant will help Client Executives manage their portfolio of clients and be responsible for servicing a range of insurance policies.

As a Client Advisor once you have received initial training and support you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients. This can involve managing renewals handling Mid Term Adjustments. Invoicing producing new quotes and upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented. You will also be supported to achieve your Certificate in Insurance (CII).
We will rely on you to:
Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
Manage all day-to-day queries new business renewals amendments and mid-term adjustments.
Build and maintain relationships with clients prospects client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What you need to have:
Previous client/customer facing experience gained from within a similar role or other working environment is desirable.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or higher to include Maths and English
Strong literacy numeracy administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
