Customer Service
As Client Onboarding Consultant you will execute and manage the set up of clients users products and payers based off contract SOW and STI. You will be accountable for the entire client set up collection of required documentation clear documentation of status of process meeting the expected timeline without delaying implementation and ongoing client success raising any concerns with scope and deliverables to management. You will report to our Client Onboarding Supervisor.
