What you bring
Commercial insurance domain experience you understand the complexity compliance and nuances of insurance systems.
Proven leadership skills youve mentored QA engineers influenced cross-functional teams and set strategy not just executed it.
Strong technical foundations in automation API testing and CI/CD environments you know how to modernize a QA practice.
A natural communicator who can bridge the gap between business expectations and technical delivery.
