Sales Support Lead

We strive to provide our customerswith products that will effectively handle even the toughest after harvest our mission is to produce world-class farm equipment forthe needs of the progressive farmer.

To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking a Sales Support Lead. In thisposition you will support the sales organization by managing sales coordinationensuring exceptional dealer and customer service and driving processefficiency

YourResponsibilities Will Include:

  • Oversee inside sales activities including quoting order entry invoicing territory manager and dealer support.
  • Assist with creating and administering sales programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between inside sales and territory managers.
  • Respond promptly to dealer and territory manager inquiries regarding pricing availability and product information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through proactive communication.
  • Visit dealers attend farm shows and participate in industry events to strengthen relationships and support sales initiatives.
  • Improve workflows for quoting order processing and CRM utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement best practices.
  • Track and report on whole good inventory sales metrics pipeline activity order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager and leadership team.
  • Mentor and guide inside sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.

Were Looking For:

Previousexperience in inside sales or sales support preferably in agriculturalequipment or heavy machinery.

Excellentcommunication and relationship-building skills.

Strongorganizational and analytical abilities.

Ability tolead and develop a small team.

Problem-solvingand decision-making under pressure.

Customer-focuseddetail-oriented and proactive.

Comfortablein a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Degree or diploma in BusinessAgriculture or related field (or equivalent experience) is an asset.

Familiarity with dealernetworks and B2B sales processes is an asset.

Proficiency in CRM systems(e.g. Salesforce) and ERP platforms is an asset.
