About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as aCulture & Capability Business Partner. This role is all about shaping the future of our organisation by strengthening organisational capability and embedding a culture where people feel empowered connected and inspired.
This role is being advertised in both Brisbane and Bundaberg
What Youll Do
As a trusted advisor you will:
- Lead the Organisational Capability & Leadership Development portfolio designing and delivering initiatives that build leadership capability at all levels.
- Partner with leaders to research design implement and review fit-for-purpose programs that drive performance and engagement.
- Facilitate workshops coaching and capability-building programs that enable sustainable change.
- Measure impact and continuously improve initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
