84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.

84 months experience in obtaining and writing business user and functional requirements use cases process models workflows creating screen mock-ups report mock-ups and technical documents with attention to detail.

60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases executing those tests validating test results and logging/tracking related defects.

24 months experience using HP Quality Center.

24 months experience designing user interfaces using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent.

Detailed Job Description: This request is for an Expert Business Analyst. The consultant selected for this position will provide expertise in the development and support of Public Safety Cluster (PSC) applications. These applications are both legislatively mandated and critical for the successful support of the agencies. This position will develop and/or maintain system documentation including business requirements and project process documentation training plans test plans quality assurance and contingency operations plans and reports.Employment Type
