We have some urgent requirements with at least 5 years experience as Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in requirements elicitation financial systems and business process documentation. This role supports the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NC DPI) by partnering with finance program and IT teams to ensure accurate transparent and timely financial data management.
MANDATORY MUST HAVE:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM preferably in financial systems or education sector..
- Strong understanding of financial data accounting principles budgets and grants.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and financial data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP data warehouses or financial management systems.
- Exceptional documentation skills (requirements user stories test cases process mapping).
- Familiarity with state or federal financial reporting requirements (preferably education/K 12 sector).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
State experience preferred.
