Job Description
At Amazon were working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there we need exceptionally talented and self driven people. We are seeking a business analyst for routing central ops & capacity planning charter under ACES team for LM network.
Title: Program Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Essential Functions
The person will be responsible for managing charters under LM ACES. He/She will also work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for defect elimination and streamlining of processes.
The job requires a person who is good in excel has good analytical skills to analyze data and check for scope to keep raising the bar. The person should also have good oral/written communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
The person will be responsible for managing/supporting different charters in IN LM ACES work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes.
- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of basic coding to pull required data for analysis from data tables.
