Job Mission

Are you passionate about strategic sales and eager to join a global company thats transforming industry with cutting-edge technology ABB is looking for aKey Account Managerto join ourProcess Industriesteam in Brazil. If you have solid sales experience knowledge of high-power rectifiers and are ready to take on challenges in a dynamic and global environment this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account plans and growth actions for the Statement of Work (SoW) aligned with ABBs global strategies.

  • Understand customer business drivers and risks (such as sustainability digitalization and cybersecurity) identifying opportunities for ABB.

  • Define sales targets and ensure their achievement through structured follow-up across divisions and countries.

  • Represent ABB in the sale of products solutions and services creating value through a coordinated and strategic approach.

  • Monitor competitors contribute market insights and promote the use of standardized sales tools and processes (such as Salesforce and account plans).

  • Develop and monitor opportunities related to the energy transition in the Green Hydrogen industry in collaboration with customers and industry associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Automation or Power Systems (preferred).

  • Solid experience in sales.

  • Experience with high-power rectifiers or large drives portfolio.

  • Advanced English and Spanish.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.

Differentials

  • Experience in the LATAM market.

  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
