About the role:
The Warranty Specialist Passenger Cars is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class and high efficiency warranty operation.
Responsibilities:
- Verify warranty reports and process warranty reimbursements according to the warranty operations management policy.
- Collect warranty-related information analyze data and prepare reports.
- Address warranty inquiries and explain policy details to service partners.
- Inspect abnormal warranty cases conduct regular audits and support the continuous improvement of warranty processes.
- Manage warranty parts including auditing and handling parts for disposal.
- Assist in special events material verification and warranty-related processes.
- Organize and deliver on-site warranty business training sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Your profile:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (engineering business or related studies).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience or more.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
- Eagerness to learn with strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
