- Sourcing execution for a set of local categories (Opex Capex MRO Industrial Services Technical Gases) in a Cross Functional Team setting;
- Timely execute sourcing processes analyse bids; assist in developing sourcing strategies and making recommendations on supplier selection; assist in implementing approved sourcing strategies;
- Lead supplier selection and negotiations;
- Maintain required documentation and reporting to supervisors;
- Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance for local categories;
- Work in close collaboration with Technical Materials and ServicesProcurementCoordinator and BEMEA category managers in order to ensure local acceptance of new contracts;
- Coordinate contract implementation tasks with Technical Materials and Services;ProcurementCoordinator and BEMEA category managers and Stakeholders;
- Manage supplier relationships for local categories;
- Initiate and conduct supplier audits.
- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of English at minimum intermediate level;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Good time management skills.
- SAP experience.
- Contract of employment; long and stable cooperation;
