Location: Phoenix Way Swansea Enterprise Park SA7 9HZ
Hours: 37.5 per week MondayFriday
About the Role
Were seeking a Workforce Supervisor to lead support and inspire our installation teams. If youre strong in people management problem-solving and driving performance this is your opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role with a company shaping the future of sustainable energy.
Youll play a key role in ensuring our field-based trade teams are fully prepared to deliver projects to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your allocated workforce daily
- Monitor and maintain attendance and punctuality
- Ensure teams are compliant and fully prepared for all works
- Provide solutions to non-install related workforce queries
- Work with Site Managers to review performance and provide feedback
- Carry out regular workforce well-being check-ins
- Accurately record hours and productivity for payroll
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
- Confidence with IT systems (Excel Google Docs etc.)
- A proactive team-focused mindset
