Are you passionate about data and eager to make a difference East Sussex County Council is seeking a Workforce Analytics Advisor to help drive evidence-based decision-making across our organisation.
The team is part of our wider HR and Organisational Development (HROD) service. We pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking service with a great reputation. This role will work alongside colleagues in our Recruitment Team and Employee Services as well as the wider service.
The day-to-day will involve maintaining and updating structures in our HR information system ensuring the data is accurately entered. You will be required to produce data reports for a range of stakeholders and support system administration for various HR systems.
Were looking for candidates who have:
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to produce data reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willing to assist colleagues and stakeholders with data or systems queries.
