David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Mandarin speaking IB Sales Manager.
Position: IB Sales Manager
Location: Remote
Employment type: Full-time (Service Agreement). Employment contract if based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction retention and loyalty.
- Promote company products and services to prospective and existing clients through various communication channels (phone email meetings).
- Conduct market research and provide insights or analysis to support client decision-making.
- Assist clients with onboarding account setup and product usage.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business development sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales activities and opportunities.
- Actively present products and services to prospective clients partners and affiliates.
- Identify engage and build partnerships with agents affiliates or business introducers.
- Stay updated on industry developments competitive landscape and emerging trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Mandarin (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing Economics or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in business development sales or client relationship management (experience in financial services FinTech or technology industries is a plus).
- Proven experience in the FX industry in an IB Sales Manager or Business Development role.
- Established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) preferably across Southeast Asia and East Asia.
- Strong ability to articulate and deliver a compelling unique selling proposition (USP) to clients and partners.
- Solid understanding of financial products markets or business development strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to client engagement.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
