Job Description
Job Title: Paralegal Mass Tort Cases
Location: Latin America or South Africa
Type: Full-Time Remote
Salary: $1500 $2000 USD per month
About the Role
A law firm specializing in personal injury and mass tort cases is seeking experienced Paralegals to support its growing Mass Torts practice. This role is critical to ensuring clients feel informed and cared for throughout the legal process. We are looking for paralegals who take initiative proactively engage with plaintiffs and deliver exceptional client service while managing high-volume caseloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for 300 500 mass tort clients.
- Proactively reach out to plaintiffs every 4 6 weeks with case updates do not wait for inbound calls.
- Build trust and provide empathetic timely support by addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the firm s case management system.
- Prepare review and file client forms motions and supporting documents.
- Collect and organize necessary documentation from clients to strengthen their cases.
- Support attorneys during high-volume settlement periods with quick turnaround of case paperwork.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Paralegal preferably in mass torts or high-volume litigation.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills clear professional and empathetic.
- Strong organizational skills to manage large caseloads efficiently and accurately.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Windows environments and case management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
