Job Summary

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager youll play a key role in driving data-driven processes and providing actionable insights to support the AM and Sales teams. Youll work closely with interdepartmental stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and maintain key tools like your day-to-day you will: 

Gather business requirements from interdepartmental stakeholders to develop data-driven processes for tracking key performance analytics 

Provide reporting and insights on revenue attribution productivity metrics pipelining daily activities compensation key benchmarks and headcount 

Maintain Salesforce infrastructure and manage internal tools to enable the AM and Sales teams

At this time we are seeking Miami- Based candidates who can commute to our office. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.


Qualifications :

5 years of experience in RevOps Sales Ops or a data-driven operations equivalent 

Salesforce Admin experience 

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets 

Proficient in Looker/Google Data Studio 

Excellent communication and writing skills deck building and presentation skills 

Ability to tell a story with data
