We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Dallas this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate is proactive results-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
Initiate contact with prospects through calls emails and networking
Present and promote Sphirea Plus services to prospective clients
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales business development or related role
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
