We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors manage incoming calls and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations including mail and package distribution
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist with document preparation data entry and filing tasks
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
