Job Summary
- Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT trouble ticket system as assigned and on an as needed basis.
- Install test and configure new workstations peripheral equipment and software on an as needed basis.
- Perform timely work station hardware and software upgrades as required.
- Maintains and repairs desktops laptops printers and scanners on an as needed basis.
- Troubleshoots wired/wireless networks on an as needed basis.
- Manages network and phone wiring responds to calls for technical assistance on an as needed basis.
- Attends meetings as scheduled by supervisor.
- Takes call as scheduled on an as needed basis. Answers call phone and responds timely to all calls.
