Job Summary

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees. Hospital: Location: South Strand Medical Center Address:5050 Hwy 17 Bypass Unit: radiology Building: main building attached to ER General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : n/a OP only Patient Ratios : 15 pts a day (7:00a-330p) Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 mammo tech/1 unit secretary Type of equipment : GE Pristina Documentation system: MRS meditech GE PACS Scheduling special requirements: none Floating policy: yes-potential float to 2 other breast centers in area-all 15-20 minutes apart. Patient Experience requirements: none--Press Ganey is used for all post mammo surveys Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ARRT-M Hiring profile Years of Experience Required: at least 1 Requested Skill Set: mammography and Bone Density Must have: ARRT SCRQSA Advanced skills needed: BLS-CPR Procedures performed on unit: screenings only Certifications Required: ARRT-Mammography Dress Code: (Required uniform) scrubs-gray pink or black Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
