As the Senior Accountant you will be part of a dynamic accounting team. We offer a hybrid work this role you will manage financial reporting complete account reconciliations following all accounting principles and company policies
Are you motivated by this work
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee general ledger activities and ensure proper recording of transactions
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and financial planning reports
- Coordinate with external auditors for audits
- Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements to financial policies and procedures
- Support future ERP system implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

- We offer a hybrid work schedule.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)
- Five (5) years or more experience in accounting preferably in a senior role
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a corporate or public finance setting as well as a demonstrated understanding of ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and compliance
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced complex environment
