Senior Customer Care Representative- Lees Summit Missouri (hybrid)

At IPL Schoeller were committed to delivering exceptional service and sustainable solutions. As a Senior Customer Care Representative youll play a key role in managing complex customer accounts ensuring seamless order processing and driving collaboration across departments
What Youll Do
- Own the customer experience: Manage daily activities for assigned accounts from order entry to shipment.
- Enter and track orders in our ERP system and resolve customer concerns with clear communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and aged stock providing proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales Production Procurement and Logistics to meet customer needs.
- Generate reports to support supervisors and sales teams in decision-making.
- Serve as backup to the Customer Service Supervisor when needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with safety and quality standards.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Associate or bachelors degree in business Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5 years in customer service inside sales or account coordinationpreferably in manufacturing or packaging.
- Spanish or French fluency preferred
- Strong ERP and CRM skills (IFS experience a plus).
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
