Project Manager we are seeking: What Youll Do

Lead end-to-end project management for merchandising and IT initiatives (planning execution delivery).
Partner with business stakeholders (merchants supply chain finance) and IT teams to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
Manage project timelines budgets risks and vendor relationships.
Facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
Drive system implementations upgrades and integrations across merchandising and retail platforms.
Ensure clear communication and reporting to senior leadership.

Project Manager Skills Were Looking For

7 years of project management experience with proven success in retail merchandising or supply chain technology projects.
Strong knowledge of merchandising systems (allocation assortment planning category management inventory).
Experience with ERP POS or retail systems (SAP Oracle Manhattan JDA/Blue Yonder)
Background in IT project delivery (SDLC Agile/Scrum technical integrations).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
PMP CSM or SAFe certification is a plus.
