Position: HRIS Coordinator
Location: Onsite West Chester PA (ZIP: 19380)
Type: 12-Month Contract (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $25/hr (W2)
The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining supporting and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG Pro. This role ensures the accuracy security and integrity of employee data while supporting HR operations reporting and compliance requirements. The coordinator will also act as the primary point of contact for system users providing technical support training and troubleshooting.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee data in UKG Suite including Workforce Management (WFM) ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting including historical edits in WFM.
Monitor and triage HRIS-related issues from the payroll email inbox in collaboration with the Payroll team.
Conduct regular HRIS data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support HR Payroll and Benefits teams with audits reconciliations and data processing.
Provide system support for onboarding benefits enrollment performance management and payroll integration.
Monitor system performance recommend process improvements and maintain HRIS security roles/permissions.
