Job Description

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Sector-18Gurgaon

Shift: Days shift

Work Mode:Work from Office

Role profile: Design implement and maintain databases and reporting systems. Collect analyze and interpret data from various departments to generate actionable periodic reports (daily weekly monthly) for management and stakeholders. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data-related issues. Develop and automate dashboards using tools like Excel Power BI or data security privacy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate MIS business process improvements by identifying trends and inefficiencies.

Skills: Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Pivot tables VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH conditional formatting macros data (Structured Query Language):Writing queries to extract manipulate and analyze data from relational Tools:Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and dashboard Tools:Crystal Reports SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) or other enterprise reporting Tools :Power Automate Python or VBA for automating repetitive reporting Cleaning & Transformation: Skills in preparing data for analysis removing duplicates handling missing values etc.
