YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Revenue Operations Data Analyst to join our growing this role you will be responsible for analyzing sales data creating insightful reports and providing strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance and driving data-driven insights and initiatives to optimize sales performance and efficiency. This role involves interpreting complex data sets identifying trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. Strong analytical skills proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to communicate findings effectively are essential for this position. Additionally experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of sales processes contribute to success in this role.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline conversion rates revenue and profitability.
  • Drill down into data to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and implement forecasting models to predict future sales performance.
  • Create and manage custom reports and ad-hoc data analysis to meet specific needs of stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Marketing Finance) to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data quality and streamline processes.
  • Maintain and improve data infrastructure and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in sales data analytics.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Communicate complex data insights to a diverse audience in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Revenue Operations team to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure data quality integrity and accessibility.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. Salesforce SQL Python R Qlik/Tableau Excel). SQL is a MUST HAVE.
  • Experience in a sales and revenue operations or data analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for data and its ability to drive business results.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration Statistics Data Science or a related field.
