Job Description
Jaichittra Inc is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying prospects building strong client relationships and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated target-driven and passionate about sales in the roofing construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities-
Generate new business leads through direct visits meeting roofing fabricators roofing dealers architects builders PEB contractors and factory building contractors.

Identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful deals.

Handle negotiations and close business transactions.

Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Effectively explain and demonstrate products to customers.

Provide regular reports on market feedback and sales performance.

Education: Any degree.

Experience: 3 4 years in field sales (preferably in building materials / roofing solutions / construction industry).

Must have: A two-wheeler for client visits.

Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal & written).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Immediate joiners preferred.
