Contract
- Manage configure and support Avaya Aura Communication Manager Session Manager System Manager and Avaya Call Center (ACD) environments.
- Handle day-to-day operations changes and issue resolution for Avaya-based voice systems.
- Support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity in environments where Cisco is in use.
- Assist with the integration and coexistence of Avaya and Cisco voice platforms.
- Maintain and troubleshoot VoIP systems including SIP trunking gateways and voice quality issues.
- Collaborate with networking and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal QoS and system performance.
- Perform provisioning tasks (adds moves changes) for Avaya and Cisco endpoints.
- Work with vendors and carriers for provisioning escalations and ongoing support.
- Ensure backup patching and security compliance across telephony systems.
