Job Description
- Lead the design and implementation of organisational structures reporting lines and governance frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current organisational structures roles and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and propose innovative organisational design solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and consultations with key stakeholders to gather insights and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support change management initiatives associated with organisational restructuring.
- Prepare detailed reports frameworks and recommendations for senior management and project teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented design improvements to ensure continuous optimisation.
Requirements
- B Degree in Commerce Industrial Engineering Human Resources Organisational Psychology or relevant field aligned with organisational design scope.
- Advanced understanding of organisational design principles business process improvement and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in designing organisational structures for large or complex organisations.
- Proficiency with organisational design tools process mapping and data analysis techniques.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in organisational design business process improvement or related consulting roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational design projects and delivering measurable business improvements.
Advanced understanding of organisational design principles, business process improvement, and change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in designing organisational structures for large or complex organisations. Proficiency with organisational design tools, process mapping, and data analysis techniques.
Education
