We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Document Entry Operator to join our this role you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining information in our systems from various documents. This position is fully remote allowing you to work from the comfort of your home with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Input data from source documents into the company database or spreadsheets.
Review data for errors missing information or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform regular data backups to ensure information preservation.
Organize and store digital files systematically.
Communicate with team members if clarification is needed on any document content.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with typing and data entry software (e.g. Microsoft Excel Google Sheets).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5+ years of experience in account management, institutional sales, or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets, investment banking, or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
