Job Description
Lifelink Healthtech () is currently hiring for Production Operator for Cranbury NJ for one of our top client.
Job Description:
Job Role: Production operator
Work Location: Cranbury NJ Work Hours: 3:00PM 11:30PM (may vary based on business needs)
Required Experience: 2 - 15 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Set up operate clean and troubleshoot solid dosage manufacturing equipment.

Complete batch records and documentation accurately in English.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) safety guidelines and good housekeeping practices.

Participate in quality investigations as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment wearing required PPE.

Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in Physical Sciences or Pharmaceutical Life Sciences preferred.

Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical solid dosage facility.

Proficient with cGMP solid dosage equipment and manufacturing processes.

Ability to read write and understand English documentation.

Capable of standing for an eight-hour shift and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Maintain personal hygiene consistent with cGMP standards.

Able to wear required PPE including partial/full facepieces as per OSHA guidelines.
