Job Description
Data Entry -QeC Resource
Exp: 1Yr
Location :Mumbai
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Compile and enter data accurately; share timely updates with stakeholders.
- Maintain Excel trackers reports dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
- Handle documentation filing (electronic/physical) and general computer operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and monitor ongoing activities.
- Provide basic data analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and support additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with basic analytical ability.
- Quick learning and adaptability to new tools or systems.
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Add Ons:
- Graduate degree (Good to have- Science Commerce or Computer Applications).
- Basic knowledge of data management and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Google Workspace or similar collaborative tools
- Flexibility to support extended hours or urgent requirements if needed.
- Hands on experience or relevant knowledge for different types of analytics platforms.
