Description
- At least 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with a strong focus on continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux/Unix administration with deep knowledge of system configurations performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Advanced scripting skills in languages such as Python Bash or Ruby with the ability to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
- Expertise in the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) including experience with deployment monitoring management and scaling for log aggregation analysis and visualization.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible to automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure.
- Solid experience with containerization technologies including Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes (or similar tools).
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms with hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud services (AWS Azure).
- Proficient in version control systems especially Git with experience managing repositories and branching strategies in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally lead teams and present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects prioritize workloads and mentor junior team members all while driving a high-performance results-oriented culture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges and improve system reliability and efficiency.
